🌟 Who You Are
- A hands-on engineer who loves building AI-powered products from the ground up
- Comfortable working across the stack, from backend logic to LLM integrations
- Experienced with Laravel, Python, or similar (we care more about mindset than a perfect tech match)
- Familiar with LLMs and how to work with them in production, not just in theory
- A pragmatic problem-solver who ships things and iterates fast
- Energized by exploration, prototyping, and figuring out what works
- A clear communicator who can work closely with non-technical teammates
🔧 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain AI-powered features that deliver real value to our e-commerce customers
- Develop robust backend systems and APIs that power our platform
- Integrate and fine-tune LLMs into our products and workflows
- Design and manage data pipelines that keep our intelligence sharp and scalable
- Connect third-party services and APIs to expand what our platform can do
- Collaborate closely with the product and customer success teams to turn ideas into working solutions
- Help shape our technical direction as we grow
