Join Our Team as a Sales Development Representative - Nordics

Are you passionate about technology and eager to contribute to the growth of innovative businesses? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in the Nordics. This role is essential in identifying new business opportunities and driving our mission to empower e-commerce through AI.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads in the Nordics region.

  • Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.

  • Engage in conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.

  • Track and manage leads using our CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and reporting.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.

  • Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and best practices.

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry targeting eCommerce.

  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish or other Nordic languages as well as English.

  • Strong self-drive and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to engage with clients and discern their needs effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A team player mentality and a willingness to learn and grow.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in outbound sales development or lead generation.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.

  • A basic understanding of e-commerce or AI technologies.
