Sales Executive – Small & Medium Business (SMB)
As an SMB Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our rapid market expansion. You won't just be "selling software"—you’ll be helping growing brands scale their operations 10x by removing the content bottleneck.
This is a high-energy, high-velocity role where you own the full funnel for our SME segment, from initial outreach to closing and onboarding.
Your Key Responsibilities:
High-Velocity Sales: Manage a high volume of leads and trials, guiding SME owners and E-commerce Managers through the value of Etals.
Outbound Motion: Proactively identify and reach out to high-potential e-commerce brands on platforms like Shopify.
Demo & Convert: Conduct sharp, value-driven product demos and convert trial users into long-term partners.
Process Optimization: Work closely with Marketing to refine the self-service funnel and ensure we hit our targets this year.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of our SME customers, providing feedback to the Product team to help shape our "Agentic AI" roadmap.
Who You Are
We are looking for a "builder" who thrives in a 0-to-1 environment. You are likely someone who loves the fast pace of SMB sales and is excited by the prospect of closing multiple deals every week.
We expect you to have:
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SMB or Mid-market).
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a major plus.
A "hands-on" and "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude—at Etals, no task is too small.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus for our European expansion).
A data-driven mindset: You use CRM and sales tools (like MEDDIC or L.A.R.C.) to qualify and close deals efficiently.
