Head of GTM - UK

We are now seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) to build and lead a high-performing engine that drives meaningful revenue growth and establishes our presence as a category leader in the UK.
What You'll Do
Define and execute GTM strategy:
Translate company strategy into a clear approach for the UK market.
Identify priority segments, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and positioning.
Shape pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy.
Build pipeline and close revenue:
Directly lead and close early strategic deals.
Develop a predictable pipeline engine through outbound, partnerships, and marketing.
Enhance conversion rates across the sales funnel.
Build and lead a high-performing team:
Hire, develop, and manage a best-in-class GTM team.
Set clear targets, establish operating cadence, and define performance standards.
Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.
Establish a scalable GTM engine:
Transition from founder-led or opportunistic sales to a structured, repeatable motion.
Implement tooling, reporting, and forecasting discipline.
Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to improve GTM effectiveness.
What You Bring
A proven track record of building or scaling a GTM function in the UK.
Experience in driving significant ARR growth.
A history of successfully closing high-value, complex deals.
Expertise in transitioning from early traction to a repeatable scale.
Experience in building and leading high-performing commercial teams.
Nice to Have
Experience as a Head of Sales or GTM looking for a larger mandate.
A background as a former founder or early commercial hire.
Insight as a senior operator eager to own a market, not just a function.
