What You'll Do
Own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, making every step seamless and valuable
Build deep relationships with our e-commerce clients, understanding their goals and helping them achieve them
Be the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights to our product and tech teams
Identify expansion opportunities and work closely with sales to grow existing accounts
Monitor health scores, proactively tackle churn risks, and celebrate wins with your clients
Lead internal projects around customer deliverables, ensuring we keep our customer promises
Meet customers to build relations, hold workshops and educational sessions
Contribute to developing scalable customer success processes as we grow
